The ID-Written/Call Center (Eca), previously French Written Communication Exercise for Call Center Agents (WCE-FR-PREP), is a tool that assesses a person’s ability to communicate in writing using the French language in a work context specific to jobs of this nature. This test assesses the extent to which a candidate is able to express ideas in writing using appropriate and error-free language to convey information effectively.
